About us

The aim for the CytoFluidix is to provide a platform for researchers, professional designers and students to share the up-to-date information and resources of Lab-on-a-chip, microfluidic/nanofluidic instruments or systems.  We are interested in the following aspects:

  • News about general science and technology
  • News about R&D on micro/nano-fluidic components or instruments
  • Business items relevant to people in this community
  • Practical lab tips and tutorials for beginners
  • Ideas and opinions about microfluidics and BioMEMS
  • Stories about young researchers and their work on lab-on-a-chip/microfluidics
  • Companies or vendors information to expand the industry directory

The scope of this website includes but not limited to microfluidics and nanofluidics, life science applications, analysis and synthesis applications, imaging and detection technologies as well as MEMS and nanotechnologies.

 

Contributing- Telling the story about your research

If you have stories to tell or want to contribute to the site, please write for a broad, non-specialized audience of scientists and engineers saying what’s new and cool about your most recent research publication or products. Please include the following items in your article and send to web admin at cytofluidix@gmail.com or admin@cytofluidix.com.

  • A title of your article
  • One to four paragraphs of text
  • One featured photo with caption or more photos (optional) with copyright
  • Links to the paper, background material, websites etc.
  • Video links (optional) with captions

Alternatively, you could write and easily post articles on the website by registering an account. Images can be copied and pasted into the articles directly. Videos can be embedded in the articles by pasting the share URL either from www.youtube.com or www.vimeo.com or by uploading to the media library. The default font of articles is Arial with size of 10pt. We welcome any questions or comments. Please feel free to contact us.
